2008 Albin Command Bridge

This Albin Command Bridge is the unicorn of boats, this one in particular.  Built for a retired Navy officer in 2008 and then purchased by Marine in 2015, this Albin has been extremely well maintained and only has 276 hours on the Caterpillar diesel engine!  The up keep on this boat is monthly if not weekly by the current owner.  He flushes his engine with fresh water after every use and every two weeks even of the engines have not been run.  The bottom is cleaned monthly and even though this is technically a fishing vessel it has never been used that way, so has never been in the open seas or has been exposed to fish or bait.  This boat was used to go from Redondo Beach to Catalina and back on weekends, that is it.  

The layout of this Albin 35 Command Bridge was has a 360 degree view of a flybridge yet the cockpit is only a few steps away which allows better communication and easy access. The lower profile of the command bridge improves the yachts stability. The stateroom is larger than one would expect with a centerline queen, more than ample storage, private shower and enclosed head, all better than they should be.  The galley is perfecting set up, and bigger than larger boats that invites chefs and all those in the culinary world to enjoy their skills while viewing the scenery.  In addition the seating has fold down king size berth for guests. The boat itself is constructed on a modified V hull that makes open water causing a pleasure.  The cockpit also offers rod racks port and starboard and easy engine access.

You will not find a better maintained boat outside of a showroom.
