Accommodations
The 36' MK II is designed with two private staterooms. The aft cabin has a large athwartship double berth, hanging locker and bureau. The owners cabin forward is comfortable and well ventilated and has a private entrance to a spacious head and shower. The salon's u-shaped dinettee to port and game table to starboard give you several different options. The dining table can be lowered to sleep two or make for a comfortable lounge. The game table can also be lowered creating a full length sea berth/settee. The salon also features many teak louvered cabinets, plus bulk storage under settees. This popular design creates a very versatile and highly functional salon layout. Aft of the starboard settee is the nav station. The galley lies just port of the companionway, and has a "L" shape layout giving a very secure working area under way.
