1992 Tollycraft Motor Yacht

“Salsipuedes’” current owner purchased her in the spring of 2013. She was located on San Francisco Bay. She has been used locally and in cruising to Southern California and Mexico. Recently while in Mexico and before returning to California the owner sent her into Cabo Yacht Center, where a custom hard top was built and installed, the exterior hull was painted from waterline to the gunwale, new four sided enclosure and flybridge cushions, the bottom paint was striped to gel-coat and new bottom paint, the props were pulled and pitched balanced, new cutlass bearings, five new underwater lights, replaced the seals on the Naida stabilizers, serviced her other systems including all machinery, replaced the teak toe rail, and handrail applying five coats of varnish. The owners have kept her well-maintained and upgraded during their tenure of ownership. The family has truly loved and enjoyed her and now it is time for something a little larger to continue their adventures; but there has been real challenge to find a replacement for "Salsipuedes" - she just does everything so well! ... and I am  LLC owned

The 48′s full walk-around side decks are protected by high bulwarks and rails, for secure access fore and aft, even while the boat is under way. Side doors provide instant access to the saloons inside helm station. The aft cockpit is large enough for sport fishing, and a transom door provides ready access to a wide swim step. The flybridge is accessible from the saloon and the exterior steps, full instrumentation, and room for guests to join the skipper. Abaft the bridge, the aft deck has ample space for a large dinghy and the davit. In the interior, a large saloon with an L-shaped settee. A fully equipped inside helm station is forward to starboard. Large forward and side windows offer a good view of the water. A breakfast bar that adjoins the boat’s galley is opposite the helm, to port. The U-shaped galley is located a step down, so that it does not impede the view. Galley equipment includes Force 10 three burner propane stove and oven, Panasonic microwave, Vitrifrigo refrigerator freezer, Danby drink cooler and Compact dishwasher. A dinette is opposite the galley, and forward doors lead to a guest stateroom with a large hanging locker and a guest head. Aft the saloon, a few steps down, the boat’s almost full beam master stateroom is spacious enough to offer a walk around queen-sized berth, nightstands, hanging lockers and abundant stowage. The stateroom’s en-suite head provides Sealand Vacu-Flush marine heads and a separate shower enclosure. The beam is wide at over 15 feet making for a stable platform.
