1981 CHB pilothouse

This is the rare Ed Monk designed pilothouse version of the venerable, dependable CHB 45 series. Playtime II's long term and knowledgeable owner has cared well for her and continues to. She has twin Cat 3208's and a Westerbeke genset, is well found and comfortably equipped.

Forward is a very comfortable centerline master with lots of storage and a private entry to the head. Just aft to starboard is the head with dedicated stall shower. Aft to port is a double stateroom. Up and aft is the pilothouse with the steering station starboard, a large work area to port. The aft portion of the pilothouse is a large settee that converts to a large watch berth. A table is just forward of the settee. Aft is a large galley with huge counter space that doubles as an eat in counter. Aft of the galley is a spacious salon with a double recliner sofa, chairs and built in cabinetry. There are lovely teak carvings and a teak sole under the carpeting.

Aft is a comfortable cockpit and ladder to the fly bridge. The fly bridge  has seating for six to eight, with bench settees facing fore and aft. There is upper steering forward and a large area aft for the dinghy and electric launch crane.
