1980 MMC

"Nomad" is a Miracle Marine trawler that was designed by Art Defever. Her hull is solid , hand layed fiberglass. The current owner has spent a great deal of money on her recently. The Ford Lehman is rebuilt and only has 70 hours on it. A NEW shaft was installed in 2005 with a NEW prop. A NEW Vetus BOW THRUSTER was installed this year (2006). Also in 2006 the owner has installed NEW canvas, NEW upholstery, NEW swimstep, NEW mast and NEW bottom paint. There is a current survey on this boat (2005) and the 50' slip may be transferable. Sleeps a total of six in two staterooms and salon. The interior is finished in varnished teak . The cabin sole is teak and there are ample drawers cabinets and lockers throughout. Headroom is 6' 3".
V-berth is forward with shelves outboard , drawers and cabinets are below the berth. There is a hanging locker to starboard and an ensuite head to port. Up three steps to the main salon the lower helm station is forward and to starboard and a convertible dinette on port. The U-shaped galley is aft in the salon on starboard and opposite it is a small bar area with storage. There are two doors to the side decks, one aft of the helm station starboard and one aft of the dinette to port. Continuing aft and down to the master stateroom, an island queen bed is offset to port, a "walk-in" hanging locker also to port, and seperate access to the aft deck is to starboard . An ensuite head with tub/shower is forward of the vanity to starboard.
