"3 Wire" was purchased by her prior owner in Northern California, In the fall of 2012, he transited the Pacific Coast and has moored her in the fresh water on Lake Union is Seattle, WA.  They have used her primarily cruising the San Juan Island, the Canadian Gulf Island and Desolation Sound. She has received exceptional care and maintenance. The prior owner was on a constant campaign to upgrade, service, improve her systems. She is a keeper!

Entry on to the vessel is from the swim platform and through the transom door into the clutter free cockpit.  Up one step from the cockpit you enter the salon through a sliding door.  The saloon is large and uncluttered featuring Brazilian Mahogany flooring. To starboard is a leather sofa, flanked by built in cabinet and to port is upholstered barrel chair featuring custom high/low tables.  Located on the portside in the saloon, against the aft bulkhead is a dry bar and storage, 20" Samsung flat screen tv, Fusion stereo system with Bose speakers, three zones and blue tooth capable.  Going forward and down three steps to port is the galley. The galley has received a complete refit including new solid surface counter tops , refinished teak parquet floors. The galley features a large Norcold dual voltage refrigerator/freezer, “Princess” three burner electric cook top stove/oven, “Panasonic” 1000 microwave oven, single Franke stainless steel sink. Across from the galley is the master stateroom with ensuite head. The master stateroom has been upgraded during the refit including a pedestal queen sized berth, which can easily be converted back to the originally fitted twin single berths. The master suite has abundant storage including a full length hanging locker. Adjoining and forward of the mater stateroom is a full head with adult sized shower, new Sealand vacuum flush head, solid surface counter tops and Amico simulated teak and holly sole. Forward of the galley is the guest stateroom featuring large vee-berth, hanging lockers and plenty of drawer storage.

A short partial demonstration of some items up grade of the domestic water system with Groco Paragon Senior water system, Torrid 15 Gallon stainless steel water heater, water filtration system 20 and 5 micron charcoal filter, replacement of fresh water piping with pex tubing, the saloon floor was replaced with 3/4" tongue and grove Brazilian Mahogany, custom drawers installed in salon bulkhead, refinish galley cabinets with epoxy paint, natural stone galley counters. Not to be left out, when the engines and transmission were rebuilt the engine room was painted; the shower sump was replaced with a sealed system, the windows were all pulled cleaned and resealed, the flybridge venturi was replace. the entire Crusair air handlers and compressors were relocated and fully serviced … it is truly exceptional! He has chosen to purchase a 65 Hatteras to replace the 43 and we have agreed to take her in, and will find a new owner for her.
