1977 Californian LRC Trawler

Built by the renown Marshall Boat Company in Santa Ana, Seventh Heaven II is an extraordinary example of this fine design. About ten years ago the owner spent over $50,000 doing a complete restoration on the boat and has maintained it beautifully since then.

The interior was made new during the 2005/2006 restoration, including new salon overhead and panelling. Custom sliding windows were installed in the master cabin.Entering the salon, forward is the steering station and nav area. Along the port side is a spacious galley. To starboard is a large, comfortable settee with adjustable table. Several steps down is a spacious master suite with two double berths and ensuite head with shower/tub. Forward of the salon is the guest cabin with over and under double berths to starboard and ensuite head with stall shower.

Outside are large open deck areas with wide walk around side decks. Above is a comfortable fllybridge with extra seating.

This vessel seems to be in overall excellent condition. The owner has lavished care on the and spent over $50,000 in 2005/6 doing a virtual complete restoration including new gelcoat , interior panelling, headliner, windows, and a new teak and holly sole. More recently, new bottom paint, varnish, in 2015 batteries have been replaced.

The vessel is beautiful looking and properly functional. She is economical to operate and a very comfortable both on the water and at anchor
