The Westsail 28 is a Heavy Displacement Cruiser that can take you anywhere. "Interim" is Hull #1, she was built and completed by the Westsail Corporation at its factory in Costa Mesa. The boat has undergone many recent upgrades. She has all new running rigging (2004) and the standing rigging was replaced in 2001. She has a new dodger,new upholstery, new propane stove, new Lavac head, new plumbing, new bilge pumps, new batteries, new charger all in 2004, plus many other upgrades.
