1975 Catalina Sloop

She's been completely rebuilt and shows like a new boat. You've seen a lot of Catalina 30's, but not like this one. New everything! Just take a look at the upgrades and the rebuilds and replacements.

Total Power: 20 horsepower

The standard layout is standard because it's the most efficient. Forward is a v-berth, followed aft by the head and the main salon and dinette. The galley is tucked in one corner and the quarter berth in the other. The dinette can be made into a double, so sleeping accomodatons total five. Above the v-berth is an opening hatch for good ventilation.

Beta Marine 20 horsepower, 3 cylinder diesel. Engine was
replaced 2.5 years ago. It has only 265 hours on it.
The prop was relaced with a 3 blade.
Keel nuts were replaced and they were re-torqued three years ago.
All the thru-hulls were replaced three years ago.

A fiberglass hard dinghy with wood oars is included. Davits on the stern for easy deployment and drag-free carrying. Life lines were replaced and gate stanchions with pelican hooks were added a year ago. A folding stern ladder was also added with an opening stern gate.
The standing rigging was all replaced a year ago.
