1973 Ericson Sloop

This boat was purchased by the present owner as his last boat. She had everything he wished for, a fantastic sailboat in both light and heavy wind. He was planning on keeping this boat forever and has practically re-done every major system. Unfortunately, he is moving out of the country and therefore, with great regret has to sell the boat. All major items (and many of the smaller ones) have been addressed, with the exception of a couple of smaller cosmetic ones. HIS LOSS, YOUR GAIN. This Ericson 39 is a flush deck design with a fin keel, spade rudder and a keel stepped mast. It is sloop rigged with double spreaders and spreader lights. All lines lead aft to the cockpit for comfortable sailing. Below and forward is a cozy V-berth. Aft to port is a head w/wet shower. To starboard are large hanging lockers. Aft is the main salon w/opposing settees and a centerline drop leaf table. Aft to port is an aft facing navigation station. Across from the navigation station to starboard is a U-shaped full galley with a double stainless steel sink, propane stove and ice box. There is sleeping for five onboard. The four hood stainless steel opening ports allow for plenty of ventilation. The 17" flat screen T.V. on a swivel bracket can be viewed from any direction. The interior is lined with rich mahogany. Aft are the companion way steps that lead to a large cockpit with ample lazarette space.
