The Uniflite 36 double cabin was one of the earliest aft cabin designs to incorporate a full width master stateroom. There is a standard V-berth forward of the main salon, and the galley is down on the stbd. side aft of the V-berth. The head, with shower, is opposite to port. The Helm is portside aft of the head. The roomy salon has a settee portside aft of the helm and room for chairs and a table on the stbd. side. On the portside aft of the sette there is a liquor cabinet with a S/S sink and icemaker. Aft and down is the master stateroom, with ensuite head. There is new carpeting throughout. (carpet has been replaced since some of the photo's were taken)

Owner is in the process of adding a large LCD TV/DVD in the main salon and two 15" LCD/DVD's in the staterooms. The pull out sofa-bed in the salon will be relaced with a new "Flex steel" sofa-bed in white ultra leather.
The Vacu-flush toilets were both rebuilt in 2006.

The galley has a propane stove and oven, S/S double sinks, Norcold dual voltage refrigerator, and microwave oven. The countertop is tiled, as are the countertops in both heads.

Radar, GPS chartplotter, depthsounder, 3 VHF radio's including a new Uniden that is connected to the new 10" screen Standard Horizon CP1000 chartplotter, this enables the DSC calling capability with the GPS. The CP1000 also has the Standard Horizon "black box", so it's a sounder-plotter. There is also a Garmin plotter/sounder and the Raymarine radar.

12v/110v power with inverter and generator, 30 amp shore power cord.
Recently added a 1000 watt inverter and four golf cart batteries in-line, so the inverter can power the TV and some lights all night without having to run the Genset.

The sun deck has a custom S/S railing with a portside boarding gate. The dinghy davits are custom S/S, there is also a S/S lifting boom for the outboard motor, and a large size S/S barbeque mounted on the stbd. railing. All of the canvas, including the full bridge enclosure is new. There is an electric windlass on the bow and S/S anchor roller. The port engine is new - and BOTH have had their exhaust risers, elbows, etc replaced - this vessel is in very good mechanical condition.
