WELCOME ABOARD
"Time Out" 1s a highly sought after dinette model Catalina 27, well known to the North American boating communities. More than 7,000 were built. She comes with an 11hp well maintained diesel engine and six bags of sails. Wheel steering.
The Catalina 27 is an excellent first boat for the beginning sailer. She is easy to handle and can be single handed, a surprisingly good performer.
A roomy interior with six foot headroom. Accommodations for five, an enclosed private head with marine toilet, a galley with top loading ice box, two burner alcohol stove and stainless steel sink. Comfortable salon area with a dinette table that seats four.

Accommodations

Roomy V-berth forward with enclosed head to starboard, hanging locker & storage to port. Coming aft through the bulkhead, the galley is to port followed by a two seater settee and aft quarter berth. Coming aft to starboard is the salon area with dinette table seating four (two facing forward, two facing aft - see photo below). The dinette table drops down making a double berth.
