1970 Columbia Sloop

This is a big boat for the money. Columbia's are old favorites for living aboard. Room for the whole family and the dog. A broad flat deck and a large cockpit for outdoor living. The interior is very roomy. The living areas are well separated, galley and dinette from settees and sleeping. No slouch in the sailing department either - 810 sq.ft. on a 53 ft. mast gives plenty sail area with room for options.

Entering through the companionway you'll find a cozy u-shape dinette to starboard and a spacious galley to port with ample conter space. Stepping down into the salon you'll find two long settes one on each side and a cabin heater to warm the boat on chilly winter evenings. Moving forward you'll find the enclosed head to starboard and a large navigation table to port. The stateroom is a large v-berth with shelves and hanging locker.
