This classic Garden cruising ketch, for the right owner will be a wonderful boat. Roomy, easy to sail, she's a lot of boat for the money. Her exterior appears to be in excellent condition and the interior needs cosmetic freshening up with upholstry and varnish.

Forward is a large storage area. Just aft is the master stateroom to starboard with a pullman berth that can be extended to a comfortable double. To port is the head with dedicated stall shower. Aft is the salon with settees that can double as berths on either side. Aft and up is the dinette to port which can drop down to a lare double berth. To starboard is the galley. The dinette area also doubles as a nav station. Up the companionway is a large cockpit.

This vessel is in the midst of restoration. The exterior looks very good with no teak decks forward, a very clean hull and deck house. New teak in the cockpit and a custom dodger are some strong points with the exterior. The teak decking in cockpit is done with current adhesive technology using very few screws. However a recent discovery that both masts may have problems and need replacement is the downside. The seller has lost interest and is moving on to other non-boating projects. His loss can be your gain.
