~ newly commissioned in 2007 from her keel up - new paint, stem to stern... She shows beautifully! Her owners have taken real pride in all her fitting out: from new paint and varnish and canvas to her new electronics and wiring, to her new engine and running gear - including her new folding prop, to all new running and standing rigging, sails, furling, windlass, ground tackle, plumbing and toilet (have I left anything out?!) Really - everything has been done - and then some - over these last couple of years. For all intents and purposes this is practically a new boat. Brand new in 2000: Yanmar 18 hp fwc diesel w/dripless packing gland, full electronics - all new! - 2007 RADAR, Auto pilot, wind, speed, log, wind direction, GPS, ship's radio, sat radio, iPOD hook-up, elec windlass, etc. NEW paint and varnish, inside and out - lots of improvements. Accommodations
V-berth forward, port and starboard settees plus a quarterberth afford a surprising amount of accommodation for a 27-footer. All upholstery was new in 2000, when the interior was completely revarnished and new teak and holly sole was laid. Chinese art accents the rich teak interior. Step converts to occasional table between the settees, and there is abundant storage. Wilcox-Crittenden marine head enclosed in cabinet within the v-berth - fitted with anti-syphon fresh water connection and equipped with manual pump for overboard discharge plus deck fitting for pumpout.

Galley
The stove sits over what was originally an icebox, still has 12v connector and fan. Additional icebox with hatch access from the cabin plus the cockpit is beneath the starboard cockpit bench
